Cancellation & Refund Policy

At FLUBBI FINTECH LLP (MCA Reg No: ACR-4995, GST: 24AAKFF8021G1ZM), we believe in transparency and fairness. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which customers may request a refund for the Membership Card fee paid on www.flubbifinance.com.

1. Membership Card Fee Refund Eligibility

A customer is eligible for a full refund of the Membership Card fee only if FLUBBI FINTECH LLP has not initiated the Customer Service/Verification Process within 48 hours of successful payment.

Refund requests must be submitted within this 48-hour window using one of the following methods:

  • Submitting a formal request using the “Refund Request” option available in the User Dashboard/Website.
  • Emailing our support team at flubbifintech@gmail.com
2. What Is the Customer Service Process?

The Customer Service Process refers to the professional verification and onboarding activities performed by our team after the Membership Card payment is confirmed.

This process is considered "Initiated" if any of the following occurs:

  • Attempting customer profile verification within 24–48 hours.
  • Internal document audit or credit eligibility check started by our backend team.
  • Logging the initiation/processing status in the customer portal.

Note: Even if the customer does not answer the verification call, the process is considered initiated once a documented attempt is made and recorded in our internal CRM/System.

Important: Once the Customer Service/Verification Process is initiated, the Membership Card fee becomes non-refundable as the resources and man-hours for processing the file have already been utilized.
3. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved (after verifying that no service was initiated), the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that actual reflection in your bank account is subject to banking and payment gateway (PG) timelines.

4. Jurisdiction and Legal

Any disputes regarding refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat. FLUBBI FINTECH LLP reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
