A customer is eligible for a full refund of the Membership Card fee only if FLUBBI FINTECH LLP has not initiated the Customer Service/Verification Process within 48 hours of successful payment.
Refund requests must be submitted within this 48-hour window using one of the following methods:
The Customer Service Process refers to the professional verification and onboarding activities performed by our team after the Membership Card payment is confirmed.
This process is considered "Initiated" if any of the following occurs:
Note: Even if the customer does not answer the verification call, the process is considered initiated once a documented attempt is made and recorded in our internal CRM/System.
Once a refund request is approved (after verifying that no service was initiated), the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that actual reflection in your bank account is subject to banking and payment gateway (PG) timelines.
Any disputes regarding refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat. FLUBBI FINTECH LLP reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
